On 12 November 2025, the project team held its first international meeting in an online format, gathering representatives from UNEP/GRID-Warsaw Centre, Space Research Centre of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Centre of Migration Research of the University of Warsaw, Heidelberg Institute for Geoinformation Technology and The German Aerospace Centre. The session focused on reviewing Polish and German work packages, presenting the Gantt chart and coordinating the workflow among partners. Discussions led to the identification of three main domains for future cooperation: developing a map-scratching tool to support fieldwork, defining a common Area of Interest (AOI) for geospatial analysis and data sharing, and publishing results on the geo-platform. Partners also agreed to establish a shared workspace and unified graphic materials to support collaboration and effective communication.
